De'Longhi Troubleshooting Hub

De'Longhi's consumer espresso machines use thermoblock heating rather than traditional boilers — water passes through a narrow heated aluminium passage on demand. This design heats faster than a boiler but scales more aggressively in hard water and requires different descaling chemistry than stainless-bodied machines. Most De'Longhi faults trace to the thermoblock, the pressurized basket system, or the drip tray overflow sensor.
