The Stilosa EC230 shares its thermoblock architecture with the Dedica EC685 but targets the entry-level market at ~$100. It uses the same 51mm pressurized portafilter basket system and Panarello-style steam wand. Most Stilosa issues trace to the crema enhancer disc, the Panarello air intake, or scale accumulation in the thermoblock — all user-serviceable without tools.
